Welcome to Studio White Marketing, I'm Rachel, a Chartered Marketer, Founder and CMO.

I've spent many years (23+) working within the leisure and fitness, hospitality, casinos, sport and media racing as well as the medical and nutrition communications industry.

During this time, working both agency and client side, I  have continued to build and evolve my marketing knowledge and expertise through continuous learning and training, achieving professional CIM qualifications and gaining chartered marketing status.

I've always loved taking on business challenges, whether it's improving efficiencies, evaluating marketing budgets and spend to gain optimum RIO or addressing company cultures and how to implement positive change management, I thoroughly enjoy the whole process to achieve this.

Specialising in business modelling, marketing SaaS, infrastructure transformations, business processes plus assessing the whole marketing communications mix, including strategy and planning, I always aim to achieve the best possible results to gain optimal ROI and profit for the companies I work for.

I also extend my skills to the wider business, looking at ways to improve the sales process, current systems and productivity, team recruitment, onboarding and engagement as well as individual mentoring.

 

 

 

A strength I’m particularly proud of is my ability to add recognised value to the companies I work for with the extensive business and marketing skills that I have. I achieve this through following my business model; Discover-Develop-Deliver, always ensuring I'm fully immersed into the company as I then delve into assessing exactly what's needed, creating the plan to achieve this and then always monitoring and tracking results.

Having the correct infrastructure and business frameworks in place is how I achieve results, I’m very meticulous about procedures, processes, policies and having everything structured and defined creates the best possible working environment to achieve success.
