It’s been… A LOT!
Now we’re well into September and October is on the horizon, it’s not just a change in the season.
It’s your reset button.
This is the moment to re-energise and ensure you’re on track to finish Q4 on a high while already planting the seeds for a stronger 2026.
Step One: Pause Before You Press Play
Before diving into the next wave of projects, carve out some proper breathing space. Whether that’s a full personal day, a quiet morning or just an hour with a cuppa, give yourself the headspace to reflect:
- What’s worked well so far this year?
- What needs adjusting before year-end?
- Where do you want to be this time next year?
Step Two: Make the Most of September’s Energy
September has its own kind of momentum. People are back from holiday, emails are responded to quicker and opportunities start to move again.
For me, that looks like:
- Pimento 6pm Club Manchester – 11th Sept: I connected with like-minded agency leaders.
- The Juggle Retreat Day – 13th Sept: this was a much-needed R&R day after the summer madness!
- Founder Roundtable Client Reset – 17th Sept (for our ‘PRO Juggler’ members): this was an exclusive session to refocus on the clients and opportunities that matter most.
- Agency Hackers in Ibiza – 23–26 Sept: meeting more people from the world of agencies, sharing ideas and seeing what’s next for our industry.
Step Three: Build the Right Connections
Networking isn’t just about swapping details. It’s about finding the people who’ll challenge, inspire and open doors for you.
That’s why I started The Juggle Is Real Network, a space for female agency founders to share the real stuff, swap strategies and support each other through the highs and lows of running an agency.

So, what’s your October plan?
You don’t have to overhaul everything, just get refocused.
Because the year isn’t over yet. In fact, the best part might still be to come in Q4.
