Launching something new is always a little scary though. There’s the fear of failure, the what-ifs and the endless overthinking that can creep in. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned as a founder, it’s that waiting for the “perfect” moment can hold you back. Sometimes, you just have to take the leap. So, in the spirit of International Women’s Day 2025, I’m excited to officially launch The Juggle is Real Network, a dedicated space for female agency founders to share industry knowledge and talk about the everyday realities of work, life and family juggles!
Why This Network?
Being a founder is exhilarating but can also feel isolating. Throw in a bit of motherhood and the juggle becomes very real. I created this network because I know how powerful it is to have a space where women can connect, share knowledge and lean on each other for support. It’s about building relationships, discussing real challenges, and celebrating our wins together.
