As a founder, your business is your baby. You’ve been involved in every decision, but as you grow, bringing new team members on board is crucial. 

Recently, I hired a virtual assistant to handle admin tasks so I could focus on growing the business. So I know from personal experience, one of the hardest things to do is to learning to let go!
